Georgia, Coweta County
There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in December, 2009, the following property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 21 of the 5th Land District of Coweta County Georgia being 20.0 acres more or less of land and being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference.

Tract One
A certain tract or parcel of land containing 46.5 acres situate, lying and being in Land Lot 53, Fifth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, and being Tract 1, as shown by a plat of property for William F. Lee and Ida Lee Ellis, dated May 26, 1981, made by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, and of record in Plat Book 29, page 33, Coweta County Records, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the metes, bounds, courses and distances of said tract.
Tract Two
A certain tract or parcel of land containing 46.5 acres situate, lying and being in Land Lot 53, Fifth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia and being Tract 2, as shown by a plat of property for William F. Lee and Ida Lee Ellis, dated May 26, 1981, made by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, and of records in Plat Book 29, page 33, Coweta County Records, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the metes, bounds, courses and distances of said tract.
Less and Except that portion of the above described property, if any, conveyed to The Board of Commioners of Coweta County, by virtue of Quitclaim Deed dated June 4, 1973, recorded in Deed Book 237, page 312, Coweta County, Georgia records.
Tract Three
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 21 of the Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, containing 44.013 acres and being all that tract or parcel of land shown by plat of survey for Hermon E. Warren made by John R. Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 29, 1978, containing 45.013 acres, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 24, page 105, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Coweta County, Georgia.
Less and Except that certain tract containing one acre being shown on plat of property dated 11/20/81 prepared by Kenco Engineering and Surveying Company, Inc., for Carl Pratt, said plat being of record in Plat Book 29, page 185, in said clerk's office.
Tract Four
All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 43 and Land Lot 54 of the Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as that certain Parcel A1 containing 25.0 acres. Parcel A2 containing 133.742 acres and Parcel B containing .080 acres as set forth on that certain plat of survey for Triland Properties, said survey being prepared by William E. High, Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 17, 1987, and having a last revision date of December 23, 1987, and being of record at Plat Book 44, page 44, Coweta County, Georgia records. is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of the property herein conveyed.
