Opportunity for an experienced social worker in the Sharpsburg, GA area .

The ideal candidate will provide wide range of psychosocial services to terminally ill patients and their families, including regularly assessing the patient and family psychosocial needs, and Pre-Bereavement/anticipatory grief needs.  MSW in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. 2 years of post degree social work experience in a health care setting preferred. Hospice or home health experience preferred. Current licensure / certification required if applicable.
