Mr. David Hiram Chambless, 58, of Senoia, Ga. formerly of East Point, died Oct. 25, 2009. He was a long time employee of Russel's Automotive in Hampton. Mr. Chambless loved his dogs, loved to read, and played the piano and guitar. He also enjoyed working with electronics.
He was preceded in death by his parents Eunice and Paul Chambless. He is survived by his sister Judy and R.L. Parker of Zebulon; numerous cousins; and three dogs Willie, Moe, and John Boy.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 2 p.m. at C.J. Mowell & Son Chapel, Fayetteville with Reverend Carl Greene officiating. The burial will follow at Luthersville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
