* Johnny's New York Style Pizza, 1111 Lower Fayetteville Road, Suite 300, Newnan, was re-inspected July 31. Current score, 95, A. Previous score, 67, U. Inspector's comments: Store wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Do not stack glasses. Air-dry dishes prior to stacking. Clean microwave.

* Church's Chicken, 20 Hospital Road, Newnan, was inspected July 25. Current score, 91, A. Previous score, 86, B. Inspector's comments: Keep foods covered (specifically pies) in reach-in cooler. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Air-dry dishes prior to stacking. Keep sleeves up on cups. Replace broken baseboard tiles. Clean vents. Store personal items out of food storage areas.

* Redneck Gourmet, 11 North Court Square, Newnan, was inspected Aug. 1. Current score, 93, A. Previous score, 86, B. Inspector's comments: Provide accurate thermometers in all cooling units. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Repair broken floor tiles (dish area). Replace blown bulbs and clean vents throughout the facility.

* Hong Kong Super Buffet, 354 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, was inspected Aug. 7. Current score, 36, U. Previous score, 79, C. Inspector's comments: Employees must wash hands before prepping, cooking, glove change, etc. Wash hands in hand sink with soap and dry with paper towels. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Wear gloves when washing and cutting vegetables. Employee cups must be stored away from prep areas and have lids and straws. Provide paper towels at all hand sinks. Threw out sauce in kitchen with fly in it. Throw out sugar that has old noodles in it. Remove whole duck from food storage area. Do not store raw meat over ready-to-eat foods (chicken over melons). Store beef over raw chicken in reach-in coolers. Cold holding food temperatures must be 41ûF or below. Throw out any foods out of temperature for more than four hours. Hot holding food temperatures must be at 135ûF or above. Throw out any foods out of temperature for more than four hours. Date-mark any foods out of original container to be kept more than 24 hours. Label any foods out of original container with common name. Do not thaw foods on the counter -- use running water or cooler. Do not store food in (grocery) bags or cans opened. Keep foods covered. Replace sanitizer in dishwasher. Do not use until replaced. Store pans of food six inches off floor in walk-in. Do not stack containers of food without cover between. Store cloths in sanitizer between uses. Post most recent health score. Store scoops with handles up. Use scoops with handles -- no bowls. Air-dry dishes prior to stacking. Keep sleeves up on to-go cups. Repair door at reach-in cooler. Repair leak in freezer. Replace sanitizer at dish area. Use three-vat properly -- wash, rinse and sanitize. * DBA Anderson's Country Cooking, 8116 Highway 16 East, Senoia, was inspected Aug. 1. Current score, 80, B. Previous score, 67, U. Inspector's comments: Do not store eggs over ready-to-eat foods. Coolers have to maintain food temperature at 41ûF or below. Limit use of walk-in until repaired. Discard any food out of temperature for more than four hours. Repair leak in freezer and hand sink. Repair gap and back door. Clean vents throughout facility.

Inspector's comments: Coleslaw 84.1ûF; potato salad 99.9ûF in bowl on top of cooler; cut tomatoes 78.2ûF in a bowl on top of microwave -- hold foods cold 41ûF or below. Green beans 116.5ûF-120.2ûF; chili 105.8ûF -- hold foods hot 135ûF or above. Need soap at hand wash sink -- corrected. Food service employee handled buns with bare hands -- no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Dry foods stored on floor -- store food six inches off floor -- corrected. Employee eating in prep area. Food must be served from inside unit, not directly from the grill. Food must be placed inside sanitized covered container when removed from grill.
